About me

How I got to Kinesiology

Growing up in the beautiful canton of Thurgau, I felt a deep connection to nature and living beings from an early age. My fascination in humans and their anatomy inspired me to study Health Sciences and Technolgoy, with a focus on neuroscience.
Since graduating, I have been supervising minimally invasive cardiac surgeries in the field of electrophysiology, a branch of cardiology. Although my medical knowledge continued to grow, I always had the feeling that the uniqueness and complexity of the human being cannot be grasped through scientific approaches alone. Some experiences and perceptions could not be explained by science – but they felt real and meaningful. This inner trust in what is often not visible, but nevertheless perceptible, eventually led me to kinesiology. Here I found a way to look at and accompany people in their entirety – an interplay of body, mind and soul. It is a matter close to my heart to create a space in which people feel safe and can show themselves with everything that makes them wo they are.

My mission

My mission is to gently remind people of their own inner strength – of what they have always been deep within themselves. I accompany them on their journey to let go of old limitations, to feel their true self again and to live it with confidence, love and courage. Because every person deserves to be seen and accepted in their uniqueness – especially by themselves.

About me personally

In my free time, I like to spend time in nature, do sport or read an inspiring book. This gives me strength and clarity. My evening walks, daily yoga and meditation sessions are small rituals that ground me and calm my mind. It is important to me that I am balanced and grounded, as this is the only way I can support my clients optimally in their process.

My background

It is important to me to always bring the most current knowledge into my courses and consultations. That’s why I continuously pursue further education and integrate the latest insights into my work. The following trainings and courses highlight my most significant milestones – beyond this, I regularly attend conferences, workshops, and other professional development opportunities, which are not listed here for the sake of clarity.
