My Approach

I firmly believe that everything you need is already within you. However, prolonged stress or past experiences can make it difficult to access these inner resources. Over time, we may lose touch with our own needs, become caught up in expectations, or develop patterns that disconnect us from who we truly are.

Traditional talk therapy often reaches its limits because stress, trauma, and emotional overload are not only stored in the mind but also within the body and nervous system. In my holistic and trauma-sensitive approach, I use Integrative Kinesiology and the body’s innate wisdom to identify and release unconscious stress patterns at their source. As your nervous system begins to feel safe again, it can gradually move out of survival mode – fight, flight, freeze, or simply functioning on autopilot. This strengthens your self-awareness, restores your inner balance, and helps you reconnect with your authentic self.

Integrative Kinesiology

Integrative kinesiology combines conversation, body awareness, and muscle testing – as a form of gentle biofeedback – into a holistic method of complementary therapy. It helps individuals become more aware of stress patterns, internal connections, and their own personal resources.

Integrative Kinesiology is a holistic complementary therapy approach that views the individual as a whole, encompassing physical, emotional, and mental aspects. It combines insights from Western psychology, counseling, and bodywork with principles drawn from Eastern energy traditions.

What distinguishes Integrative Kinesiology from other kinesiological methods is its close integration of mindful counseling, body awareness, and muscle testing as a biofeedback tool. The focus is on the whole person, including their conscious and unconscious patterns, emotions, experiences, and resources.

Through the interplay of conversation and muscle testing, underlying patterns and dynamics can emerge that are often beyond conscious awareness. This process can help identify limiting patterns, foster new perspectives, and strengthen personal resources.

Muscle testing is the central tool of Integrative Kinesiology and serves as a gentle form of biofeedback. It helps bring greater awareness to stress responses and underlying patterns that are often not immediately accessible on a purely cognitive level.

Together with mindful conversation and body awareness, muscle testing supports the identification of individual resources and suitable ways to restore balance. This process can open up new perspectives and foster a deeper understanding of your own patterns, emotions, and needs.

A kinesiology session usually lasts 75 to 90 minutes and follows five phases:

  1. Arrival & Clarifying Your Concern:
We begin by discussing your concerns, your current situation, and what you would like to achieve.
  2. Identifying the Root Cause:
Using muscle testing, we explore the underlying factors and connections behind your concern.
  3. Setting a New Direction:
Together, we define a clear focus and create a personalised direction for the session.
  4. Balance & Integration:
Through individualised kinesiology balances and trauma-sensitive support, we help regulate your nervous system and facilitate lasting change.
  5. Bringing It into Everyday Life:
At the end of the session, we discuss practical insights, exercises, or simple tools to help you integrate the changes into your daily life.

This is highly individual and depends on your concerns and personal process. Some people come with a specific issue and benefit from one or a few sessions, while others appreciate longer-term support. Together, we will explore what best supports you and what feels right for you.

Depending on your supplementary health insurance, the costs may be covered in full or in part. Please check directly with your health insurance provider regarding your individual coverage. I hold the EMR quality label and am recognised by most Swiss health insurance providers.

Traumasensitive Approach

Our experiences shape how we experience ourselves, relate to others, and respond to life’s challenges. Some of these experiences leave traces that may show up emotionally, in our relationship patterns, or even in the body.

In my work, these connections are approached with mindfulness and care. The aim is not to relive the past, but to support safety and stability, better understand what is held in the body, and gently release burdensome imprints and patterns step by step.

The right time is Now

Sometimes, you can feel that something in your life is calling for change. This impulse is never random – it invites you to return to yourself and listen to the quiet voice within.

Areas of Support

Many people do not come to my practice because of one clearly defined issue, but because they sense that something no longer feels truly aligned. Perhaps you are experiencing inner restlessness, exhaustion, recurring patterns, or a sense of having lost touch with yourself.
