My Approach
I am convinced that every person already carries everything they need within themselves . But access to it isn’t always immediately apparent. Over the course of our lives, we sometimes drift away from our needs, lose ourselves in expectations, or fall into patterns that distance us from ourselves.
Through my holistic and trauma-informed approach, I support you in strengthening your self-awareness, better understanding your inner connections, and reconnecting with yourself.
Integrative Kinesiology
Integrative kinesiology combines conversation, body awareness, and muscle testing – as a form of gentle biofeedback – into a holistic method of complementary therapy. It helps individuals become more aware of stress patterns, internal connections, and their own personal resources.
What is Integrative Kinesiology?
Integrative Kinesiology is a holistic complementary therapy approach that views the individual as a whole, encompassing physical, emotional, and mental aspects. It combines insights from Western psychology, counseling, and bodywork with principles drawn from Eastern energy traditions.
What distinguishes Integrative Kinesiology from other kinesiological methods is its close integration of mindful counseling, body awareness, and muscle testing as a biofeedback tool. The focus is on the whole person, including their conscious and unconscious patterns, emotions, experiences, and resources.
Through the interplay of conversation and muscle testing, underlying patterns and dynamics can emerge that are often beyond conscious awareness. This process can help identify limiting patterns, foster new perspectives, and strengthen personal resources.
What to Expect in a Session
Each session is tailored to your individual concerns and needs. Depending on your situation, it may incorporate mindful conversation, body awareness, muscle testing as a biofeedback tool, Human Design, and other holistic approaches.
What is Muscle Testing?
Muscle testing is the central tool of Integrative Kinesiology and serves as a gentle form of biofeedback. It helps bring greater awareness to stress responses and underlying patterns that are often not immediately accessible on a purely cognitive level.
Together with mindful conversation and body awareness, muscle testing supports the identification of individual resources and suitable ways to restore balance. This process can open up new perspectives and foster a deeper understanding of your own patterns, emotions, and needs.
How many sessions will I need?
This is highly individual and depends on your concerns and personal process. Some people come with a specific issue and benefit from one or a few sessions, while others appreciate longer-term support. Together, we will explore what best supports you and what feels right for you.
Are the sessions covered by my Health Insurance?
Depending on your supplementary health insurance, the costs may be covered in full or in part. Please check directly with your health insurance provider regarding your individual coverage. I hold the EMR quality label and am recognised by most Swiss health insurance providers.

Traumasensitive Approach
Our experiences shape how we experience ourselves, relate to others, and respond to life’s challenges. Some of these experiences leave traces that may show up emotionally, in our relationship patterns, or even in the body.
In my work, these connections are approached with mindfulness and care. The aim is not to relive the past, but to support safety and stability, better understand what is held in the body, and gently release burdensome imprints and patterns step by step.
Holistic Human Design
Throughout life, we often learn to look outside ourselves for answers and, in doing so, forget that our most important guidance already lies within us. Human Design invites you to turn your attention inward again and reconnect with your unique nature. It offers insights into how you can make decisions in alignment with your individual energy.
What is Holistic Human Design?
Human Design is a system for self-discovery that offers valuable insight into your unique energy. It helps you understand how you naturally function, make decisions, and where your innate strengths lie.
Rather than putting you into a box or telling you who you should be, Human Design invites you to get to know yourself more deeply and to trust your own inner guidance.
Your chart is like a map. It can help you understand recurring patterns and make sense of why some decisions feel natural and effortless, while others require much more energy.
What can I expect from a Human Design Coaching?
During a Human Design Coaching, we explore your unique chart together and look at what it reveals about your energy, natural decision-making process, and innate strengths.
Together, we translate these insights into your everyday life. If deeper or recurring themes emerge, we can explore them further through Integrative Kinesiology and gently work with the underlying patterns, creating space for lasting change.
Why do you combine Human Design with Integrative Kinesiology?
I combine Human Design with Integrative Kinesiology because I find one aspect particularly valuable: it offers insight into how each person is naturally designed to make decisions.
I often see how difficult it can be for people to make decisions or to truly trust them. Many find themselves overthinking their choices or feeling caught between logic and intuition.
Human Design can offer valuable guidance by revealing the decision-making process that is most aligned with your natural way of functioning. For many people, this brings greater clarity and helps strengthen trust in their own inner guidance.
For me, this is a wonderful complement to Integrative Kinesiology. While kinesiology helps us explore the underlying patterns that may be holding you back, Human Design provides an additional compass for making decisions that feel more authentic and aligned with who you are.

Many people do not come to my practice because of one clearly defined issue, but because they sense that something no longer feels truly aligned. Perhaps you are experiencing inner restlessness, exhaustion, recurring patterns, or a sense of having lost touch with yourself.
