Kinesiology - the core of my work
Kinesiology is at the heart of my work. It combines conversation and bodywork and uses muscle testing as a sensitive feedback system for your body. Through this gentle form of communication, your body shows you where it is under stress, what strengthens it, and what brings it back into balance. This reveals connections that are often not accessible on a conscious level. The body serves as a guide and helps to gently identify and integrate emotional, mental, and energetic issues.

Complementary methods
Depending on the topic and what emerges during the session, complementary methods may be incorporated to provide additional support. These methods are not the main focus, but rather serve as gentle accompaniment to the kinesiological process. Upon request, individual methods can also be used independently. Aromatherapy as a supportive resource
Aromatherapy offers a gentle way to support processes on a physical and emotional level. Scents have a direct effect on areas of the brain associated with emotions, memories, and stress responses. This allows them to promote relaxation, inner stability, and emotional balance. Applied to the skin, essential oils can provide targeted support where the body needs it.
