How I work

Kinesiology as a foundation

My work is based on integrative kinesiology. It combines conversation and bodywork and uses muscle testing as its central working tool. Through gentle feedback, your body shows you where it is under stress, what strengthens it, and what brings it back into balance. It reveals connections that are often not accessible on a conscious level.

Complementary methods – individually integrated

Depending on the topic and what emerges during the session, complementary methods may be incorporated to provide additional support. These methods do not take center stage, but rather serve as gentle accompaniment to the kinesiological process. During the first session, we work purely kinesiologically. In subsequent sessions, certain areas of focus may be addressed upon request and if deemed appropriate.

Aromatherapy as a supportive resource

Aromatherapy is a gentle way to support processes on a physical and emotional level. Since scents have a direct effect on the part of the brain that is closely linked to emotions and stress responses, they can naturally promote relaxation, improve mood, and support inner balance. They can help to deepen processes and gently support what has been revealed in the session in everyday life. Essential oils can also be applied to the skin to unfold their effects and provide targeted support where the body needs it.

Nutritional counseling in a holistic context

Nutrition affects not only the body, but also energy levels, mood, and our inner balance. In kinesiology sessions, I can incorporate my knowledge of holistic nutritional counseling when it becomes relevant. If you would like more in-depth nutritional counseling, we can focus specifically on this in follow-up sessions.
