Holistic nutritional counseling

Your body knows what it needs – it sends you signals every single day. Over time, you may have simply forgotten how to listen.

You may have noticed signs that something is out of balance – fatigue, digestive discomfort, skin issues, mood fluctuations or changes in your weight, whether gaining or losing unintentionally. These signals often indicate that your current diet is no longer aligned with what your body needs. By understanding these signs, you open the door to nourishing yourself more intentionally and restoring inner balance. A personalised nutritional approach can help regulate your weight, increase energy levels, and ease discomfort – gently, holistically, and sustainably.

Fatty acid counseling

Fatty acids are a key building block for health, energy, and inner balance. The ratio of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in particular influences inflammatory processes, the nervous system, and many other physical processes.

In my fatty acid consultations, I work with an analysis of your individual fatty acid profile. This shows how your body is currently supplied with essential fatty acids and whether there are any imbalances. The results serve as a guide to better understand your fatty acid balance and to derive individually tailored recommendations that are suitable for everyday use.
