About me
From an early age, I was fascinated by the question of why we humans are the way we are. I wanted to understand what creates health and why we feel, think and act the way we do. Driven by this curiosity, I decided to study Health Sciences and Technology with a focus on Neuroscience. Afterwards, my path led me into the field of electrophysiology, where I continue to support cardiac procedures to this day. Working in this environment deepened my understanding of the complex biological processes of the human body and showed me, in a profound way, what modern medicine can achieve.
My Path to Integrative Kinesiology
Over time, however, I realised that this understanding only explained part of what I was searching for.
Although I had gained extensive knowledge about the human body, I experienced firsthand how easily we can lose connection with ourselves in a performance-oriented world. From the outside, everything may appear to be functioning – yet internally, there can be a disconnect to our own needs, emotions and boundaries.
It was this search for a more holistic understanding of the human experience that ultimately led me to Integrative Kinesiology. The deeper I immersed myself in this work, the clearer it became that our reactions do not arise by chance. Many of the things we experience today as weaknesses or problems were originally meaningful adaptations to earlier experiences.

Trauma, Nervous System and Power of Integration
Working with trauma and the nervous system helped me understand these connections on an even deeper level. I recognised how strongly, especially early experiences, shape the way we respond to stress, form relationships and experience our connection to ourselves. Through this work, I experienced on a deeper level what I had previously understood intellectually: lasting change does not come from fighting against our patterns. Instead, it comes from meeting them with understanding and allowing our nervous system the opportunity to process and integrate what has been experienced. Step by step, this allowed me to develop greater inner safety and a deeper connection with myself.
From Personal Experience to Holistic Support
The more I walked my own path, the more often I encountered people who were experiencing something similar. From the outside, they were functioning, carrying responsibilities and managing their everyday lives – yet internally, they felt exhausted, constantly under pressure or disconnected from themselves. I became increasingly aware of how many people long for a deeper connection with themselves.
Today, I combine my scientific background with a holistic and trauma-sensitive approach. What supported me on my own journey also shapes my work: the belief that lasting transformation begins when we understand ourselves more deeply, reconnect with who we truly are and gradually integrate new experiences into our lives.
Professional Expertise
My work is based on a solid therapeutic and scientific education. Through continuous further training, I continuously deepen my expertise and integrate new insights into my work.

Approach
Integrative Kinesiology and trauma-sensitive approach are at the heart of my work. In addition, various areas of expertise flow into my practice, enriching my holistic view of the person and supporting the individual process.
- Aromatherapy
Essential oils can influence our emotional experience and sense of wellbeing through the limbic system. They can gently support the process by enhancing body awareness, promoting relaxation and creating an additional access point to personal resources. - Holistic Human Design
Human Design provides insight into individual strengths and the personal way in which decisions are made. This understanding can help to develop a deeper awareness of oneself and enrich the kinesiology process with an additional perspective. - Holistic Nutrition
A strong physical foundation supports our wellbeing and our ability to regulate. Knowledge of nutrition complements my holistic approach and can support the process on a physical level.
